nevermind, even when frozen via Player:Freeze( true ) and locked via Player:Lock(), the victim is successfully cuffed and takes out the proper weapon. i don't know what you're doing wrong but you should figure it out

if the player is frozen by Player:Freeze, it's likely they're not allowed to switch weapons and therefore nothing happens. that's an issue with trying to cuff a frozen player, not this addon.

When i try to cuff someone before the end of the Cuffing bar it randomly stops, The person was frozen so couldnt move

+ it's free
- no pinning
- can only gag/ungag/blind/unblind/drag/undrag if you're holding cuffs
i would like to say it's easier to customize and has more room for customization, but i don't know for sure because most server owners are too stupid or lazy to customize anything anyway
