The ninth and final release from STRP, handcuffs for all!

STCuffs is a mock recreation of the popular Cuffs addon. You get what you pay for.

Cuffing a player with any type of handcuffs slows that player down and disallows that player from switching weapons. For all intents and purposes, they're now a prisoner.

Once you've cuffed a player, you have several options:
Left click a cuffed player while holding cuffs to start dragging them around
Right click a cuffed player while holding cuffs to gag or ungag them
Hit R on a cuffed player while holding cuffs to blind or unblind them
Hit E on an uncuffed player while dragging captives to hand off your captives to them
You cannot pin players to walls nor can you do anything but uncuff players if you do not have cuffs. This is intentional. Getting pinned or hung and left alone sucks and I've never wanted to unblind a player when I have a gun.

These do not work on bots or NPCs. These will not work on bots or NPCs. I am not going to add support for bots and NPCs. Stop trying to use these on bots and NPCs.

This addon comes with three different types of cuffs by default:
Rope Restraints which are pretty easy to break out of
Elastic Restraints which are much harder to break out of
Police Restraints which are almost impossible to break out of, but cannot gag or blind the victim

This addon is relatively barebones. You are encouraged to extend it if you want more features, such as only allowing the police to arrest cuffed players. Information in this guide should help you.

This should work in all gamemodes.

I made this because I wanted handcuffs on my DarkRP server but was unwilling to spend money on them.
