花费有点过头了,国库难以支撑
平时不动员似乎不会增加花费,战前投资池对军工不会感兴趣,只有打起来,才会有投资,之后又因此大量破产

I find what is the problem,
in the file "InIdd_mo_munitions.txt" for "metal case bullets" and "packaged Ammo feeder".
The modifier "goods_input_ammunition_mult" is in "upkeep_modifier", so the +10%/+20% ammo consumption scale with the number of barrack in the state.
You need to write it in "upkeep_modifier_unscaled", like in the file in GGGG mod.

My problem is that those PMs still arent productive enough to reasonably sustain mid to late game armies. And yea theres also not enough lead and sulfur to do so, even if you do build the hundreds of ammo factories required to make enough ammo.

I have added some ammunition PM that's a lot more productive than the vanilla ones to counter it. So currently your problem is that the raw materials are not enough? Which one exactly is it, sulfur?

i feel like the ammunition consumption is very very high. for 200 trench infantry plus 200 siege arty i am consuming about 128k ammunitions which would need around 1000 munition plants to produce that and keep it at about base price and about 5 million workers to keep running (i just kinda roughly estimated those i might be off). thats ignoring the massive supply chain this needs which honestly im not even sure can be maintained with the resources that exist on the map and in 1 country reasonably. maybe im just using the mobilization options not as theyre intended but thats a loooooot more consumption than can really be produced. maybe consider adding later better pms to make this a bit more reasonable
