So what if the spacer containers could be used to store genepacks (unusable by the combiner though) without degrading them, but it costs that sweet advanced component and each genepack counts as a stack. I have an issue with gene bloat in my menus from collecting so many.

the animal feeder north facing texture is using the south facing texture, hope this helps

Oh okay. Thank you for letting me know those buildings have been depreciated. I'll make sure to get rid of the ones I spawned.
I liked the 1x1 cabinet, but I can just use a 1x1 refrigerator. It's not as pretty as yours, but it will do.

I kept the defs in so that it wouldn't ruin other people's savefiles. They'll be removed in a future update.

To add on to Carpe_DMs question, is there something I'm missing with the 1x1 medicine cabinet?

It is in the global settings and I can force spawn it, but I cannot build it. I looked for it with RIMMsqol and found its item entry under buildings, but did not find its "item(building)" entry. Was your intention to remove it or is it only half done?

Any chance to get the old locker and fridge back? I really miss the simple 1x1 storage units that looked like a normal locker and fridge and not some 2x1 Borderlands-looking things.

Somewhat known, yea. Copying storage settings from vanilla stockpiles into vanilla shelves similarly causes those shelves to accept large corpses entirely without mods

Bug: if you link 2 separate storages with different restrictions (ex: a storage that can't store food and a regular shelf) both storages will be able to store each other's items, allowing stuff like putting meals on cargo containers or chunks on shelves

@KΞNTΛR Whatever code related bug you ran into there cannot be caused by textures or text files. If you had errors directly mentioning adaptive storage, or any other mod with code really, thrown there, then please report on the framework or other mod's github page or bug reports thread with the full hugslib log containing those errors, and ideally no other earlier errors by other mods that are very likely related too

@Reel It was just one specific container. I noticed that some items were outside the container, but the game was still registering them as stored inside. Therefore, no caravan could trade with me.

@Bambi this'd be one of the joys of every old storage stack limit mod being kept alive as Continued version. Any time you encounter remotely stacking related issues and use one of those, please report there (or look at the many existing reports), not the mod adding buildings with just xml and textures. There is no AI related code in here.

Be careful with the Cargo Container. It can, and certainly will, prevent you from trading with caravans on your map.

Not sure what's going on or if it's related to another mod messing with it, but I just can't get pawns to store things correctly in the medical cabinet. I've tried everything, but for some reason if there's herbal stuff in there they won't put regular medicine in. If there's hemopacks in they won't pack anything else in. And they NEVER reach capacity.

Update: I think it was "[FSF] No Default Shelf Storage" causing all the problems. Removed from modpack.

UI Bugs, and no available appeal items in Wardrobe, maybe some mod is incompatible?
Out of all wardrobes and dressers, only normal - default one works.

Tiny issue, when the double shelf is placed against the north of wall, the texture of the double shelf's legs will extend onto the wall.

They were reworked to become Double Shelves. You can now place more item categories on it, as well as food items.

What happened to the "Food Shelf"? I see the double shelves in game, but can't see where to learn/make the food shelf from before. The double shelf is nice, but I dont want to have to copy-past storage lists in my freezers lol.

@xMizuki I'm not trying to diminish, I'm explaining why there's currently 0 chance of your problem getting fixed from this mod's end. Odds are even high that your conflict is entirely caused by code in a different mod.

If you want to raise the odds for a fix from 0 to something else then, from the looks of it, either you or the one other affected person will have to find out what exact other mod it took to get that behaviour and report properly, with information about that mod included. Arguing is gonna do nothing.

@bradson idk why you're trying to diminish the issue with comments like 'no one else has had this issue' and 'okay so two people'.
I've personally had it on two different saves with many different mods, and there are almost definitely others who have had the issue but never commented on the mod page about it.

No one was asking for it to be figured out by 'just guessing' and bugs absolutely can be diagnosed even if one isn't personally affected by it, but no one was asking the dev to 'figure it out and fix it' to begin with.

That being said, this mod is great, dev, and even with the labels issue i still find it worth using, theres lots of great models for storage that i'd really miss without it.

So it's two people who ran into the conflict then, but that doesn't change noone having written what that other relevant mod could be. Rimworld's workshop is large, something like this can't be figured out and fixed by someone unaffected simply by guessing

@Captain PostHardcore The mod settings in the framework, which apply to all buildings using it, are all there is for those labels. If that's not working you'd have a conflict with another mod noone else has reported here before, to my knowledge

Hello! I have a problem: stack numbers is gone after using this mode. It returns after turning off the mod. I didn't find any settings for changing that. Also I tried to change options in Adaptive Storage Framework because I thought it can rely to my problem, but it didn't help. I like this mod, but I don't want to use it without stack numbers. Do you have any fix for this?

Please add compatability with "Useful Filth" by allowing ancient documents & papers to go in the file cabinet. also is there a seperate mod for having ONLY patches

Hey, this is a weird question but does shelf from this mod 'breakdown'? Just saw a steel double shelf breakdown and a pawn was fixing it with a component.

Hey Reel could to add the Mead Must and Mead Bottles from Alpha Bees to the Bottlerack and Barrel same as with the other Vanilla Brewing Spirits? :)

Great mod i have used it in all my playthroughs this year.

The only thing i don't like is that by default all items are allowed if i build a dresser for example.
Is it possible to disable or change the default storage preferences?

My mods that enable ""no default filter" don't seem to work on dressers for example.

Any chance for compability with medieval overhaul?

For exampe the wine rack does not accept the wines MO adds.
