It conflicts with the Gender Bias - WotC mod, so if you were using that for your hero classes to be male/female, you will have to disable it for the game to run properly
Installing this has removed all the base (human) heads from their respective lists, leaving only the modded ones.
When browsing in the existing Pool, all seems OK, until you open the 'Heads' lists or try to change a face. The you see it.
Note: Yes, I do run a lot of mods, most of them cosmetic. However, this was the only relevant one I subscribed to in the past week, and before that all was fine.
Looking forward to trying this soon
1) Go to that mod's XcomContent.ini
2) Find the +BodyPartTemplateConfig line of the part you want
3) Copy that line and paste it right below (so you have 2, one for the regular soldier that's to be left unchanged and one for the skirmisher)
4) Replace the last ")" with ", CharacterTemplate="SkirmisherSoldier")" for the copy.
