If anyone finds they cannot play the current version of the mod, I've found if you look in Properties - Betas and select compat_158113, it will allow you to select and play.

Do you guys even read the comments on the same page where you're typing? I've already posted the current manifest number you should use.
Also, there's a discussion thread called "While You Wait for an Update!" where I explain how to revert your game version in order to play the mod (that's what the manifest number is for).

So no, the mod isn’t dead or abandoned. IRS is still working on it — you can see that on his Discord. He will update the mod.

I believe there was a small patch to the game a day after the mod was last updated. IRS gov might have left for the weekend or something else that demanded their attention. IRS gov might have even gone to see the Super Bowl in person for all we know. Regardless, as much as I enjoy this mod and am thankful for mods in this game, WARNO's biggest issue with mods is that every patch no matter how small will break mods. Hopefully this modder will have an update for us on Monday or Tuesday.

Also, The ATACMs reload should definitely be looked at. Right now it's 2 seconds, which means that you can just keep firing 2 missiles in 2 second bursts. This is surely not intended...

Question - How do you use the DPCIM ammunication or the M712 ammunication on the M109A2? It seems to only use the default HE 155m (M185).
