Hi! How do I select a track? They are in my screen, but I can only select wheels then Finalize track. How to switch to another model of tracks, which key?

yes i own the grid, as i had just pasted it in.. i was able to place the default track patterns that come with the builder.

Are you sure you own the grid? If the grid is considered neutral, you won't be able to place the tracks

Cant place any of these tracks after the update. Not sure it its this mod or one of the others needed for this to work. Visually they display as options but can not select them.

This is just an addon that adds some tracks right. I'm not the author of the framework. And I also clarified that I will keep it on "life support" if it breaks after an update, just not adding any new track models.

Hello, I'm not sure if it's possible but is there any possibility of there being a track width slider? Tracks on modern tanks are typically between 600mm - 700mm in real life but it seems that your tracks are either 500mm - 550mm (most tracks in this pack) or 760mm (CV90 tracks).

It's not terribly important but it does make it harder to create accurate dimensions for tanks in-game. Thank you for this awesome mod, though!

Ngl I absolutly love this addon for the Tank Tracks Framework & API mods.

But after a very long time of using it.
It does feel quite lacking for building any new uniqe looking tanks.

Also I'd love to see some "original designed" Sci-fi tracks for space vehicles. Or construction tank treads for utility. (Rubber / Metal)

If you really do deside to do add more new tank threads, could you also fix the fliped threads joints issue.

The problem is that when moving, the tracks do not respond to the movement of the grid, but still spin.

The tracks only move when the grid moves, wheels can move independently and tracks will ignore them

I'd like to add it but last time i added a suspension support it created 498 errors, and i still don't know why, but im sure ill get it right eventually

Turns out the problem I was actually having was that your tracks don't appear on lifted suspensions. It was only displaying the default "over the tire" tracks and nothing else, so I was confused and thought I had to do something special.
When I use the normal suspensions everything is obvious and your tracks do show up.

Ah, okay, thanks. It might be a good idea to put this in the description, as it's not immediately obvious.

Stormarmy: Yes, it just means you don't have all the supported mods, perfectly normal behavior

Lt.Fenix: You need some sort of trackbuilder, the one from Digi works great "Tank Tracks Builder"
Then select all your wheels, press left click and then scroll up or down to change the track type, left click again to place those tracks

are the 115 errors in the log about blocks not existing normal?

I couldn't find this anywhere, but how do you change the type of track you want?

Do you think you could add support for lifted suspension wheels? there's already a track api mod for it but the default tracks are so ugly lol, if you could integrate these on this it would be fantastic

while holding the tank track tool how do I change from the basic over the tire track to the others? can't seem to find what the keybind is

I know I didn't want to go adding anything from this without asking you about it first, since I already had started to work on a compatibility with your mod here and mine, but I've already had some issues just calling other models from other mods.

The Leopard2TrackLink.mwm (might be others too) seems to look for LOD1 and LOD2 so on first load it tries to show them but fails and they vanish as you get farther from them; reloading a world with them makes the game realize LODs don't exist and it fixes itself, but it should still be fixed :P just remember to start game fresh to test.

Lol i like that fix, but honestly i doubt there's a specific load order, i often put my mods at the top of the list if no other mods need priority

Nvm. After reloading the world for the 10th time, it suddenly works.

I can't select any track style except for the standard and CV90 MK.4 + one. Is there any paticular load order or a fix for that problem?

im loving this mod, but for whatever reason only one side of tracks appear, they work fine on the right side, but when i apply the tracks to the left side, they disappear 1 second after applying them, whats going on? how can i fix this?

Franziska beat me to the punch. I was about to ask about some of the oversized wheel mods. I just started using this and it's great! The look adds that special touch to heavy equipment and military crawlers.

and I'll add Maus tracks if more people want it as I'm quite busy IRL and can't put all my time into this mod, sorry!

Many thanks for modding tank tracks into the game. And I would like to suggest the tracks of the super heavy tank Pzkpfw 8 Maus, they would be great for large vehicles. Sorry if that suggestion already came up.
