mod is causing a lot of errors

You can sometimes softlock NPCs on platforms when used in conjunction with Better Platform Falling
This is particualarly annoying in Avian artifact mission where my guy will just get stuck on first set of stairs in the basement, so you cant progress
Restarting can work sometimes? I am assuming size diviates a little letting them walk though i guess walking with resize tablet seems to be best bet

Great mod tho glad you can manage stuff on the fly even when smth goes wrong ^^

If you can get the effects apply based on gender, it would work.

It is both, the player isn't affected until the first time they open the size tablet (This is for uninstalling purposes)

I'm going to check if it's because there is a mod that loads those status effects, I know it is FRackin Races.
I can also test your species files if you want.

Does the name.species file mean your character that you create, or NPCs that spawn? I'm trying to add height variation for modded NPCs and adding them to the species files doesn't work.

@Perishati: It would work on any race as long as they have a config file, this specific mod only contains vanilla races. Also, yes, the framework is needed.

I tried adding the 2 values to my race's .species file but the game keeps crashing on startup, "[Error] Application: exception thrown, shutting down: (JsonException) Could not find 'baseMultiplier' or 'effectiveMultiplier' or 'amount' element in stat effect config" shows up in the logs, could you help me out please?

I actually don't think that can be easily fixed, I'll try and see if changing some hitbox helps with that.

Hey, minor graphical bug, every single hylotl is hovering like 5 or 6 pixels above any chair they sit in, including the one usually sitting under the tree in the intro mission. I imagine this is because they are very short and this will happen to any short species. I'd suggest adding something to shift sitting sprites downward depending on size. I'd do it but I'm stupid and don't know any lua

Unfun little fact: Pretty much every story NPC is a human, so their in-game heights are all human-sized (Except the Baron and Nuru, they are their respective heights).

Considering how small Nuru is, and how tall Koichi is, I honestly thought Hylotl would be these tall, "graceful" beings (at least how they view themselves), and Floran being little gremlins (one of the many reasons they're my favorites). However, after reading the logic behind the headcanon height values, I can see why they are essentially opposite of my expectations. Also, I did some conversions from metric to imperial for my fellow Americans to get a better idea of the height comparisons. Values have been rounded to their nearest full integer.

@DeadDankDreamMemes: Yes and no, players will not be affected on spawn but as soon as the tablet interface is opened it will take effect.

@Okean Crusader: Not much work actually, but I do not know their races' heights, but, if it isn't too bold of me to ask, their races can contain the information to be applied by this frameworkwithout any patches.
