Smaller cultures like this really help make Westeros feel less... uniform. I like it.

Note: In the latest update, more significant changes were made: seven completely new ethnicities were created, seven separate cultures were defined, cultural traditions were redefined, a new cultural innovation was introduced, aesthetic parameters were changed, and a few provinces were given new cultural content.
