Is there any chance to implement something in the administration tab do display the autonomy levels in one place? Apart from the performance issues partially being fixed with the performance fix mod, this mod runs quite well in the steamdeck.

@Soggy Peach Nothing works with Res Publica mod and this mod doesnt't work on its own very well as far as I know. They put a lot of good ork into it and I used some of their research tho

@zirkmct We are only talking about woman right? Maybe I change it but I don't see this as a big problem as my mod is intended to be played with most bloodlines only being patrilinear.

@Lord of Liberty When you change the option on game start, characters that have already been born don't retroactively gain their bloodlines; only new characters born after you've changed the option do.

@Belisario Not exactly sure what you mean with "restore" bloodlines. About performance... some claim that the speed is already slow on game start. Maybe I remove more families for AI and non important countries. Also I am currently working on more death events to keep the amount of chars low and add more historical accuracy.
Whats your CPU? Nobody has a NASA processor... I am still on an old AM4 Plattform and don't have big problems when I load late save games others are sending me.

I realized that the matrilineal lineage option doesn't restore bloodlines to missing characters, such as the children of Demetrios (Antigonid heir), who had children with a direct daughter of Antipatros, and they don't have his bloodline.

As for the game speed, it's awful (the performance mod doesn't seem to help). I honestly think the problem is the increase in families; there are so many more characters. Couldn't a submod be made to remove the additional families so it wouldn't be such a terrible speed?

The thing is, I don't have a NASA processor to run the game. It's the only thing I can think of that could help you or others who don't have speed issues. I see some of the other game changes impacting performance, but it's not something other mods can't do, and this is the only Imperator mod that gives me performance issues. I imagine it's because of the extended families.

@grandadmiraljello I think this is mostly vanilla, with some minor changes by Invictus. I only added accents to the names. I also reduced the likelihood of female Egyptian rulers appearing, but it still seems too high—historically, there was never a truly independent female Ptolemaic ruler in Egypt. They always ruled alongside their husbands (often their brothers), who held the actual power and often the title of Pharaoh. Even THE Kleopatra was no exception.

Quick question -- I think it was this mod (rather than Invictus?) that added Ptolemaic naming conventions. If so, shouldn't Arsinoe and Berenike be valid names for ruling Ptolemaic queens, and not just Kleopatra? I ask bc I just had Arsinoe Lagid take the throne in a game and she was renamed Kleopatra, which struck me as odd.

no rush, mate :) also, new test game allowed me to create stoic school in the same conditions as in my previous game. Might be an issue is on my side, although it's not consistent... ugh.

sorry for writing so many comments - if that philospher from Ellis dies, that means that pyrrhonism is also dead, right? Seems like your mod hates me and this dude always dies before I can create my first schools, which effectively cuts me off from 2 schools. Also another observation on stoicism - new game, Athens are alive, they have Zenon, he has stoa, they have stoic school, but I still can't create my own stoic school. I have no clue what to do to make it work :(

one more thing - after taking Athens, i can't create school in that city with library and academy. it's like game doesn't see Athens as a potential target.

oh and one more thing - I've used console to check Athens after their stoa event and they had all major schools and stoics. But after their event to switch their overlord from Antigonids to Macedon, they have bunch of philosphers but no single school, and what's more, they don't even have option to create new school. Not that it cannot be used, they have no decision at all.

Thanks! I haven't added any new mod to my mod list (which is short, your mod, invictus, and some QoL stuff). As I've said, it all worked fine in my 1st game, then my 2nd and 3rd games have stoics just not happening. Enjoy your time!

@echoes222 yeah sounds like a bug caused by either another mod or I made something wrong but it should work like it used to. I will look into it when I get back to Germany next week

so... I'm still struggling with stoics. I can have gazillion of stoic philosophers, and Zenon could have his stoa event, but can't create stoic school. Stoics are the only school that if you hover over their icon, it doesn't say anything (not that that it wasn't created, but no text at all). i sense some bug. All the other schools work fine, and akademic skepticism says it wasn't invented yet. Stoic - nothing and can't ever create it.

Okay so there's the event where you have a rebellious province, and you can either give them autonomy or lose 10 loyalty. This event fires almost every month. I presume it's from this mod. This event is significantly upsetting, because basically the second a province hits 32% loyalty you are either guaranteed a revolt in a few months or have to spend the rest of the game dealing with event spam. Could you point to which file has this event so I can fix it for myself?

@echoes222 if you got lucky at the chance of 2% you would find him in stoic part of the philosophy screen. But again 2% is a very low chance, right? :P

@Lord of Liberty playing currently as Epirus, haven't seen Zenon event (saw this one as Sparta), maybe because Macedon took Athens pretty quickly in the game. thanks, I'll try with the event.

You can use event philosopher_generation.10, but this will only create a Stoic character with a 2% chance. Since the game remembers the outcome of random events, it's possible you won't get one even after triggering it hundreds of times. So either call this event once per month via the console, or change the chance in the file philosopher_generation_events, line 289. Just make sure to reduce it back to 2% once you've got one—otherwise you'll be flooded with Stoic dudes.

is there a console command to force spawn specific philosopher into my country? I'm 70 years into game and I have all the other schools but stoic and I prefer this one, also in real life :D

@Lord of Liberty Thanks a lot ! Also, I wanted to say that your mod is absolutely amazing, really can't play the game without it. Altrough I do believe you should add the ability to have a main god to more religions, like I want my man Marduk sitting on top of my pantheon but somehow the chaldean religion doesn't event have the icon to select a main god, which is sad.

@Lord of Liberty There is no event except the notification that you get when you have a new king, and eventually when your new ruler creates his own family if he is not part of one. The removal happened exactly the instant when I finish the civil war with Cappadocia, like right when I take their last province (or console annex them to check out this bug). Sadly, that's all I know.

Hello, I'm having a bug when playing as Cappadocia in which, immediately after winning the civil war as Eumenes, he gets deposed by a random guy and exiled to wherever, do you know what could cause this ? I didn't have this bug when I disabled this mod.

Lord of Liberty, thank you for responding. Then, maybe there was some overwrite done by Invictus? I did not change load order (Reanimata goes after Invictus as usual) in any way, yet after recent Invictus and Reanimata update, my Rome starts Italic (despite pretty much everyone being Hellenic).

Awesome mod, thank you for your work! Been using it for some time now, can't play without it. In the Omniluxia mod, I've noticed a very cool feature, which shows my current ruler's portrait in the lower left corner, like how CK3 does - is it possible to do this here as well?

@это база ответьте I dont know exactly what you mean. Invictus added the italics faith several years ago and in invictus this is the starting Religion for Rome. In Reanimata you start with Hellenic like in vanilla.

Hello. I got confused a little and am trying to find a mod (or so I suppose) which cause the following. I was playing a couple of weeks ago and Roman starting religion was Hellenic, Mars was already a Deity of War. Did your mod change its faith to Italic? If not, do you happen to know the mod which did it, by any chance?
