Thanks for doing this. Any idea what is up with the flag for democratic European Federation? It seems weird and not sure what it is supposed to represent.
There is also an issue that when you zoom out, the division flags change to something else.
As for the loading screens, maybe it's best to just remove the low-res ones.

Don't know if it this mod, but my game keep crashing around 1937 and i dont know why. Its the only "big" mod i'm using.
