1.14 Continuation of Vanilla GFX Overhaul & Aesthetics Mod
- Removed broken victory points – attempted to fix them to no avail.
- Fixed black screen issue.

– Did not touch loading screens – they are undersized and stretched. Not sure if this is intentional.

Thanks for doing this. Any idea what is up with the flag for democratic European Federation? It seems weird and not sure what it is supposed to represent.
There is also an issue that when you zoom out, the division flags change to something else.
As for the loading screens, maybe it's best to just remove the low-res ones.
