Update: can confirm, just adding the missing methods to the production group fixed everything.

Hey, the Food Standardization Principle 3 just disables all vacuum canning methods, vanilla or mod, default or principle.

I'm pretty sure it's because you may have forgot to edit production_method_groups. I'll try playing around with that and report back.
