hi. from your mod i'd like to have just teh interrupted lines in teh middle of teh asphalt road. It's for my personal use, i have no intention of uploading it somewhere. Can you tell me please what files do i need to keep ?

Thank you. Yes, it is, indeed, inspired by North-American design.

Is this inspired on North-American road-design? It does'nt have a (Eastern) European feel to it. I have never been in America, but it looks like what I seen in Movies and TV-shows...

We have folder named media_soviet in a game
And we have folder named media_soviet in a mod.
You should merge/copy over/overwrite this folder in your game installation folder with content of mod so "paths" overwrite "paths", "weather" overwrite "weather" and so on. It should *not* end up as media_soviet/media_soviet


Also to someone asking where they can see change notes but deleting question: They're located on top right of mod page, under mod preview image and file size.

@Philosophrog I also don´t understand the installation eventhough from your description as well as from this page description. So I make a screen of two options:

On the left is original folder of game on right is this mod folder. So should I copy file inside moded media_soviet directly to original media_soviet. OR to copy them not inside that folder, but to main folder of the game, show on screen?

I am not new in moding, change quite a few things in this and other games, but everytime it is like: take moded files and replace with them the original ones. But in this case it is different? And instead of rewriting files I should them copy into main folder so there will be duplicates? That is how some ppl in our Soviet FB group tell me to do it:) Thanks for clarification

@Muminov Did you see & understand the info under "Installation" above? If you subscribe, the first folder should appear under your directory where Steam games are installed "<path>/steamapps/...". Then copy the files in that folder to the second folder, also under the steamapps directory. When it asks if you want to replace files with the same name, answer Yes. Post a Forum message if still unclear.

The high conttrast of the asphalt roads makes them look a bit odd on road junctions and when used as decorative ground texture.

Охватил бы гораздо больше людей, которые хотели бы не смешивать стили разных регионов, если уж про плюсы говорить. Хотя тут каких-то координально различающихся вещей не вижу. Well it’s more of a compromise between giving it an highway like look, visual distinguishing for player and real life. For example here single lane ramps have yellow lines on left side half of the time and other it’s just two white lines.

"new one way markings" - since I didn't spot them when quickly glancing over the pics...may that mean that just those arrow-after-arrow pattern of vanilla is gone? That would be huuuge, as with the original graphics that arrow spam doesn't look very pleasent for my eyes.

Some textures are bugged:
- asphalt roads and asphalt decoration (is totally black)
- lines of borders
- transition of water to heaven is somehow odd
