Also all provinces that were supposed to have border mountains or highlands (all "mountain" provinces I guess) have the modifier "known holy site". Keep it in or remove it, I will not bother you about it again either way.

"The quick fix is to find any #terrain command where the second argument has a value of 4194304 or higher. This was the dom 5 bitmask value for mountains, but is in dom 6 the bitmask to indicate that the engine should place more holy sites there than usual. Take the value of the second argument, subtract 4194304 (dom 5 mountains) and then add 8388608 (dom 6 mountains). Or a quicker way is just to add 4194304 to the existing value.
So, for example:
#terrain 15 4196136
becomes
#terrain 15 8390440"
