@HappyPurging you aren't intended to be able to get out of the chair, as it is just an entity that follows you. The only way off is by unequipping the tech or replacing it. I added a link to the description for another mod, if that is what you're looking for.

Being stuck in the chair forever is pretty cool

I always found it funny that after years of playing Starbound I only ever saw one character in game riding around in a floating wheelchair, I will def have to get this mod a try~

If you're in the mood to fix things though another issue is how it doesn't turn off the tech when using the sphere techs or sitting in chairs

if you unequip it it can get stuck in the sitting pose without the chair so you can float towards other players ominously. And then you use the jump tech and it looks funny because of the pose.
