try replacing particle_noisesphere too, that worked for me

Apparently if you place css content in addons folder it overrides changes done by these mods.
Solutions:
Use css content pack which doesnt have copies of hl2 textures, gonna save on some disk space as well.

or

Merge css content into garrysmod folder and delete content folder from addons

i have no idea if there is a way to change mounting order for addons so only these 2.

it doesn't work bro, still can see the ragdolls fall down dust
