描述
Edits to vmt files. Adds %nodraw to smoke particles created when props, ragdolls or weapon bullets make impact with surfaces. The effect is very subtle in the game, so you wouldn't see much difference.

Tested to work on both client and on any server you join.

Apparently if you place css content in addons folder it overrides changes done by these mods.
Solutions:
Use css content pack which doesnt have copies of hl2 textures, gonna save on some disk space as well.

or

Merge css content into garrysmod folder and delete content folder from addons

i have no idea if there is a way to change mounting order for addons so only these 2.
