I am reporting bug and solution in RIS to be implemented by DEV. After a while game starts micro-stuttering.
Solution is to execute this command whenever stutters start and they are gone for another period of time (10-15 minutes)

Looks like a few modded factions aren't making it into the available ones. Specifically the Adeptus Mechanicus. Can I manually add them? Thank you!

Why does AI not push to the point? They just stay outside. (I have no AI mod loaded in)

@gomzlike either that specific faction isnt set up properly or you havent picked any factions in RIS menu when starting game

When i spawn i don't have a uniform, and i get a guns without ammo. How i can fix it?

Whoa, we got update. Can you add option to make basic transport vehicles also buyable ? To roleplay something like truck with soldiers goes into warzone

Used to only happen occasionally but now whenever I use zeus in RIS i can’t double click anything to edit them.

Does anyone know if you're able to use the RIS LOCATION module to create your own "path" of objectives? For instance, could I place an "Objective" at the start of a city, and the second objective in succession at a different, custom spot in the city? or will the module always auto assign the next objective?

Love the mod by the way, one of my all-time favorites.

with the location thingy you gotta put in in open space, not inside a building or closed space, it needs to have space around it

hey man i love your mod so much, how you can choose the factions, and blacklist stuff, and the Defence Mode is the most i been playing now, but (im sorry!) could you try making like a wave survival like Ansible2 with "Arma 3 Survival" , you have almost everything good for it, i know the Defence one is already close to it but please, im sorry again for asking, this mod is the only one i been playing a shit ton, plus you can mess around with eden editor and then add the modules so its a god send, thanks for everything man!:sad_seagull:

the thing about the ris module it only works well on certain maps. if you see enemy and friendly units getting stuck its most likely the map itself. try playing on zargabad one the maps that cup added yall will see what im talking about. i did a map population with drongos map population mod and i populated the whole map on malden 2035 and when i looked at all the unit on the map. they were all stuck in the mountains i mean every unit. and it happen on tanoa. same thing with ris if the map has to many hill to many bridges to much water its all bad for ris.

@MichaelBruce83 the thing that can happen is that the vehicles spawn inside trees or other structures and explode instantly you could try make their spawning closer to the infantry one depending on the map

Sometimes my modded factions come with issues. Especially certain vehicles. They will blow up at the start of the mission. lol

At least we know it still works a bit. Might pick it back up soon. Do your vehicles on both enemy and friendly spawn like 2 Km away from you no matter what setting you have it on??

so i can confirm that it was the MJTF faction that was crashing my game when i was playing ris i spent hours on ris module playing with RHS units and i didnt get a crash at all so i just removed all the units from my created missions and removed the dlc that gives u the units. from now on im just gonna mess with the modded factions only. sucks because i paid money for alot of dlc and mostly all the maps the come with it are extra laggy cant even place 20 assets down because it will lag the game. all the maps from Spear Head, SOG are the worst maps for me thats why i think i should just play with modded factions only.

i did use MJTF and everytime i mess with the APC mack it seems to crash my game in ris and in editor but i havent really tried any other modded faction which im going to test today.

Maybe try to play with Vanilla factions and assets. Clean up your mod list and try to narrow it down. I stopped playing with the mod about a month ago since its touch and go with how it works. Can be quite annoying. but when it works it works. Its unfortunate it has not been updated.

so this mod doesnt work for me anymore as of last week, ive been using it since it came out, i have all the same mods no new ones but it just crashes my game, or it will say failure to spawn AI.... please help, or any other recommendations

Vehicles spawn more than a kilometer away.
Some squads spawn in but dont move same with vehicles.
Squads and vehicles have a hard time crossing bridges.

Also an option to change AI precision separately from skill if possible. I want soldiers to have high skill ratings, but it also seems to control the precision (probably what makes them insanely accurate like others have reported).

Can you please add an option to control the fog settings? For some reason RIS loves cranking up the fog on some maps.

In Push mode at some point frendly AI in vechicles seems to loose vayipoints on theri way to the objective.
That results in frendly vechicles stayibg far behind.

Very cool overall that it even works, but it's kinda rough IMO, KOTH is anyway.

Friendly AI seems extra dumb and barely spawns in vehicles, while enemy AI will aggressively spam them. It's also annoying that there are no injury visuals, making it hard to tell when you've been hit or not. Speaking of which, like someone else mentioned, the AI seems to know where you're at at all times, so there's a lot of getting sniped from 200m because a pixel of your body was peaking out of a corner or window. I also wish it was easier to tell what the actual radius of the capture point is.

I've only tried KOTH so far, though. It's still fun regardless, but very janky.

I'd love if there were an optional losing team cash bonus like in CS:GO, it'd probably complement the wave spawning system. Either that or it ruins the game balance entirely :DW_Trololo:

Found the problem. Somehow the Team Map Intel mod composition breaks RIS spawning. Not a big deal though, definitely prefer to use this over that.

This happens with no mods other than this, but only if I have no Neutral faction. Seems to stop the errors if I add one, but using CUP this seems to happen with most factions.

@BrthrCPT40K I think stuff stays, I tried putting an artillery piece from the editor together with the module, the guy using it disappeared but the gun stayed.

I've actually tried to do something similar in Reforger, but the modding there is a bit more complicated, so I'm not sure if I have the time to do it
