Can you make a version for Dynasties? I put the mod in dynasties data folder but it doesn't appear to work.

Overall, exposing users to the mod installation process and third-party tools and telling them outright in the title to do it themselves guarantees that they get some understanding of the process and hopefully pushes them to mod themselves, and ensures that aren't just subscribing from the mod list page and not realising that the mod isn't working at its fullest potential. Also I thought the tw demographic was mature enough to enjoy diy mod installs a la m2tw

ex1.1: my blood mod, if the user enables the mod without doing the steps, some parts of the mod will still be functional (anything that isn't directly changing particles).

ex1.2: Inquisitiveant's blood in the nile mod, which uses my particle and decal changes (with my permission) only works if the movie pack is downloaded (the steam workshop file is literally blank), so the mod creator, when they see subscribers to the steam file, don't know if they actually did follow the instructions or if they're just placebo effecting themselves

ex2: this mod, looking at unique subscribers becomes more accurate because I know that anyone who subbed had to look at that title, even if they sub from the mod list page

yeah in your case I would have to

maintain a file on a third-party cloud storage service that won't reliably be maintained by me or by the file hoster (I thought we wanted a steam monopoly)

go and reupload the file whenever i make changes instead of just having steam and the tw launcher do the heavy lifting

still need to give people a tutorial on how to use movie mods, i'm just making it more abundantly clear that their actions are making a difference

Euh, tu dis que le mod ne fonctionne?

tu as trouve le mod dans "steamapps\workshop\content\1937780\3147270840" et l'ouvert dans rpfm? apres ca change le mod type a "movie" et "save as" dans le repertoire pharaon

Avant tout il faut que tu telecharges le programme "rpfm" - un editeur des fichiers .pack et le personnaliser afin de modifier tw pharaoh.

Tu dois ouvrir mon mod "battledustCHANGETOMOVIE.pack" dans le programme rpfm et changer les metadonnees du pack de "mod" a "movie" et l'exporter dans le repertoire "data" du tw pharaoh

I have a 4090 and it works great. I did however adjust the size of particles to about half of your settings.

That's strange because i (with a 4070) went back and forth changing the probability of the particle emissions to find a balance of quantity of particle emission and framerate so in 4v4 20units custom battles I only got 20fps drops. It might be because of your gpu itself so the game thinks it can pump out dust. Can you show me a screenshot where you get such a huge drop?

Sheesh, usually dust "mods" are fine for me, I've got a 4090 card but man this one cut me down to like 40fps from 144!!
