Just curious - why did you opt for removal of the equipment's multipliers' influence on walk speed?
Navigate to media/lua/shared/NPCs and find the bodyLocations LUA to see what I mean. It has basically all locations documented in it. For most people this is alright because your mod covers a lot of clothing spots which have run speed modifiers, but in the case of things like rings (which don't usually have run speed mods), it wouldn't check. Its a niche issue for people who want to mod in say, enchanted items using jewellery.
I use a mod for that, maybe I better remove it?

Similarly I can wear something with a modifier of 0.7 and find myself nerfed if I wear something with a modifier of 1.0
