Run Modifier Fix

描述
In vanilla game run speed modifier only works with backpacks, all other clothes that have a run speed modifier will not affect the character's running speed. RMF fixes this, now all clothes, including mod ones, will affect the speed of running and semi-mode squat, according to your multipliers

Давно ждал такой фикс от разрабов. Анимации в маскхалате страшные правда. Как в киселе бежит) Надеюсь хоть в 42 починят и сбалансируют это. Ставлю Лайк :steamthumbsup::steamthis:
