The storage capacities are nice but during the biggest phase of the construction there is no ability to use a mechanism, like where a crane is usually used, this requires the construction phase to be completed entirely by workers which takes a VERY long time, especially if this is the first one you're building in your town since all the workers need to be imported.

Отличный не безликий торговый центр. Надеюсь что его характеристики максимально близки к реальным, еще бы годы постройки и введения в эксплуатацию указать - и совсем замечательно будет. Надпись на крыше высокого корпуса в реальности была "Универсальный магазин"?
