Dear comrades,
This is a shopping mall in the city of Samara (Самара, hence the sign). I've liked this building for some time now, for though it isnt very special, I do feel it has some charm...
Has a large internal warehouse for better supply management and serves up to 460 workers.

As always, plase do report any issues you may find with the building and feel free to make suggestions for next projects in comments.

That's way too many customers served - compared to stock markets, for the required materials, and for the building size. Should be ~200 customers max, and should be built from concrete, not bricks - come on

wasn't Samara named Kuybyshev during soviet times? wouldn't the sign say that on it (unless it was used colloquially as many older names were)

The storage capacities are nice but during the biggest phase of the construction there is no ability to use a mechanism, like where a crane is usually used, this requires the construction phase to be completed entirely by workers which takes a VERY long time, especially if this is the first one you're building in your town since all the workers need to be imported.

Отличный не безликий торговый центр. Надеюсь что его характеристики максимально близки к реальным, еще бы годы постройки и введения в эксплуатацию указать - и совсем замечательно будет. Надпись на крыше высокого корпуса в реальности была "Универсальный магазин"?
