You can give yourself completion marks for modded characters. Any associated achievements are a maybe. It just depends on how that particular mod is coded. If they're using Repentogon's new modded achievements then you can go to the "modded" tab in Stat and Achievement Shenanigans. Other mods might implement things internally. Sometimes they implement a debug command that you can run to unlock everything.

It's really easy to give yourself any items via the debug console. Something like that probably wouldn't be high on my priority list.

Do you have any other repentogon mods installed? It is possible to reset ImGui which would wipe out my menu. I hadn't seen any other mods doing that, but I guess it could happen.
