I was trying the mod some days ago, and i have to say that the buufs are actually very welcome, considering the existing montain trait to balance and make less dificcult to play.
the colegio militar and chapultepec are also good aditions to add flavor i really want to see how this goes in the future, well done!

Thanks for your comments, I really appreciate them I've been busy with school and stuff but I'll resume development on this mod and hopefully a 1810 start date mod down the line

I really appreciate your mod, it helps in late game for coal. I would be willing to help with the resources and some historic events and fixes for the start of the game. It would be nice if the experience of Mexico was further enhaced :)
