Asexual does have game impact maybe not the way you play, bisexual might be negligible in most cases, but los fertility genes airway l already give +1 metabolism, so this sounds good balanced since it affects their social relationships which can be paired with low fertility or unfertile for decent +3 metabolism, isn't anything crazy

Making them -1 and +2 is silly when "for game balance" is the reason, they both have very negligible effects on gameplay, they should both be +0 if balance is what you want.
