I downloaded the file via external means and placed it in its respective addons folder, but Steam is still attempting to update it, albeit with a "content unavailable" error now. The game itself also shows an error popup for this addon (generic error). Changing download regions, reinstalling the game, disabling my antivirus and clearing out the "downloading" folder didn't fix it.

@Doctor: Tested the download and it's fine so it's probably a problem with Steam's servers in your region. Maybe switching the download region in your settings could help.

I've been getting a "corrupt download" error on this mod since the latest update. I can't download it at all and Steam keeps retrying. It's stuck at 363.9MB.

And also, the SPAS skin 3 and 4 are just missing textures. I don't know if this is my fault for not having a certain game or if it's the addon's fault.

Oh well, they were new skins being worked on but couldn't be finished in time. They'll be in the next update.

Just to let you know: I recently noticed that the last two skins on the SPAS-12 are not showing up/are missing textures for some reason.

So that's expected. You're meant to use the Advanced Bonemerge Tool's controls to position the weapon correctly in the ragdoll's hand after merging. I didn't really intend for the initial merge position to be so far off, but bonemerging was mostly an afterthought with these and it'd require way too much effort on my end to fix by now.

@goodguynick: Don't know why that's happening but it's probably better if you use the newer Advanced Bonemerge Tool . The Composite tool can still have its uses but the ABT is in my experience better for attaching weapons to ragdolls.

i tried to use the composite bonemerge tool to bonemerge the guns to survivor ragdoll but it dont work even after i did sv_compositeentities_childboneediting 1

@Gonzbt/Betel.Arg: These were not built for compatibility with the KF2 prop packs, but you can use the Advanced Bonemerge Tool to attach props to any bone, though you'll need to tweak the positions and rotations yourself using the tool controls to make it look right.

@LawdPizzaman: I'd like to add a few more bonus weapons but not many though, I don't want to bloat the pack too much with things that don't represent the game itself.

Some of the Arcade weapons are interesting but asset quality is all over the place. Some are okay and up there with the L4D2 models but others are frankly pretty awful. I haven't had a deep dive through them to see what's viable and what's not so we'll see.

@Schummer: L4D has never had an MP40 though, not even in concept art or the Arcade spinoff that includes a bunch of weird weapons. That's something more suited to a Day of Defeat enhanced props pack if anything.

@UlτrαΤwο: Fixed. Since Gmod's model compiler now allows more textures some things that used to be bunched up into textures sheets were separated and a few props fell through the cracks.

It's such a small detail, but I absolutely love how you've added the fireworks box as an enhanced item, your level of detail and care into these addons is nothing short of stellar, and these have all come to be the de-facto addon for anything and everything posing! I love that the M16A2 has both a barrel mounted and zip tied flashlight, even though most prefer zipties, I like the barrel mounts. That and all the rest of the props are hella based too. My only problem is bonemerging this is a pain but other than that, this is a great prop pack.

@Gonzbt/Betel.Arg: It's never been in here because the view model is missing half the mesh. I had someone who was interested in fixing that, but unfortunately they had to back out for various reasons.

I've been working on a backup plan for it since it's the biggest omission left outside the M60, which is also in the same situation of missing way too much of its mesh to work with.

I'm asking, was the pipe bomb also added or removed? I don't know because I remember it as if it was in the pack before.
