Hi N01CurryClassenjoyer! It does sound like you were in the right place. Did you open 00_hornblower_civics.txt in governments/civics folder by chance? That's where I got the data for this mod from. Bear in mind that many of them use internal code names and may not be named the same as the are ingame (why?!?!).

i tried making my own mod to edit playable faction civics, but i couldn't find them in the files, how did you edit them for this mod? the governments folder in the game only contains base stellaris civics, and stuff.

@MilsarFPS I'm reasonably certain it's the game. i got the same thing back before I even started this mod.

Is it the mod or my game is broken, my tech colony designation is glitched and only debuffs matalurgists lol, by the way great mod.

Still have to update the screenshot, but Warrior's Honor now gives some good bonuses to Klingon leadership.

You're right! I'll put out an update for the Klingons sometime in the next day or two (or possibly today depending on how today goes).

Very nice work. I noticed they all get additional leaders except Klingons. Fed gets envoys and scientists, Roms get governors and spies. Very logical. Cards get spies and envoys (i understand reparations but maybe generals for occupation). But more importantly where's the Klingon love? Maybe Admirals and Generals can be added?
