They target enemy, so if there's any life form in that sub, including pirates, they will shot.

Flora Mode only drain water from ballast, it does not burn the flora. The bottom in the later version is for the Fixfoam. The switch for Flora mode is that lever in the ballast.

If this is the problem then the only fix I can see is change the main docking port to the top or bottom instead of the back of the shuttle.

I notice that the floor of the shuttle is slightly higher than the floor of the main, the AI might think that the slight difference is floor height is a drop and they don't want to "jump down".

beyond visual range strike system is recommended to be used in manual mode for aiming.
The problem with bot won't leave the shuttle is well aware but i can't seems to fix it, i guess it's mostly because the bad AI work of the game. You can shift+mouse wheel to tell AI to ignore the door to the shuttle, this will mostly prevent them from going there.
If you know anyways that might fix this, please let me know :barotrauma:

Found a bug where bots are unable to leave the shuttle even while it's docked. Like they won't leave.

I can just imagine the crew of the O class pretending to be heavily damaged in a fight against a vanilla sub of all things, and they send the nuke and say it's a "peace offering" and the moment it docks with the vanilla sub it detonates and revokes the vanilla sub's right to exist.

Sorry, It's only for rp/lore reasons.
I did tried to find if there's any room for electronic warfare in this game, but sadly no. The wifi only picks up the signal coming from the "friendly" as they must be put together in the sub editor as one. Nothing can be done to a separate sub.

The loader are inside the "walls" of the ICBMs, you can see a little part of the loader hanging outside the hull of the missile, they were originally able to be loaded without cutting the hull open, but later game update somehow make it require to see the whole thing in order to load.:missing:
I am working on a new missile called P-39HM, it should fix the latter problem when your missile can't seems to drain themselves. P-39FM will also be added very soon, so the older versions will work better.
I would now considering to add a easier way to reload the missile, maybe a hatch at the side or something.

Was trying to find where the nukes are in the sub editor so i could add a maintenance hatch to the tops of them to hopefully help me work on them and reload easier but i cant seem to find them sadly.

It's all good you honestly made the coolest sub i have seen Great for Barotraumatic nightmare with Abyssal Veteran and T.S.M Missions. If i wanted to reload it where would i put the new depth charges inside it? When i cut it open i saw a bunch of tubes for the depth charges but no where to reload them from this is why i ask. Also one other small problem i couldnt figure out if the Nukes get damaged and fill up with water even after repairing them and the electrical inside them I cant seem to get them to drain leaving them trapped inside the submarine XD

Sorry that's how the game works, there's nothing i can think of that will solve this problem in vanilla. So i left a maintenance passage to let people swim in and reload the warhead without really leaving the sub.
You can check and see if there's any mod that focus on this problem.
Do let me know if there's a vanilla way to solve this.

Having problems when repurchasing nuclear missiles they come without a warhead in them making them more like sonar drones anyone got a fix for this?

Yes, the infinite ammo was coded by the boxes, but it won't go "uninfinite" by just moving them around. All the ammo on the ship was coded to be infinite, if you want to use normal ammo, just sell them all and buy new ones.
The turret was also coded to fire a bit faster, if you think they eats ammo too fast, also just go replace them in the station. The ship had a tons of resources by default, you should get enough money by selling.
But the reactor was coded by itself, so there's no way to uninfinite the fuel rod consumption, unless you use the submarine editor:facepunch:

Is the infinite ammo coded to the boxes; I.e, if I swap out the ammo boxes in the hopper will it stop being infinite? Because I actually don't want to play with infinite ammo as it feels too much like cheating. Thanks for the answers, love the Typhoon!

I did vastly altered the reactor numbers, mostly because i don't really consider submarine reactor chew through a fuel rod for every 10 minutes makes any sense. Same for the infinite ammo, consider it connected to some out of sight ammo chamber in the sub, just like that bathroom in the crew quarter.

Also, your ai crew might try to turn the auto control on, which will charge your battery all too fast or use up all your power, the terminal can't hold the latter. You can press shift+mouse wheel at reactor to make them ignore the reactor.

if you're suffering from turned off auto control but the buttery still runs out, please make me know about it. Game updates can totally destroy reactor auto control, even this one.

@KalSkirata The reactor control is kinda old by now (but compare to the original Project 941 Akula, it at least work) the auto control no longer matches the output as good as it used to do in the old version, it will overflow a little bit and the battery will slowly charge to the limit you set (using terminal, not directly to the battery), and that's when the D.E.F. terminal kicks in and shuts the reactor down.

The most important part is that main battery, as batteries in this game will auto matches the usage perfectly so no box will burn. As long as this game mechanics don't change, this auto reactor will always work, which is the reason why i choose this type of reactor auto control.
