@BITney, The Pixel Heister Of course! What this mod does is, it gives you the blocking stats for certain hazards based on your resistance to the relevant element.

For example, if your ice resistance is over 20%, you get immunity to Starburst mild biome cold, 30% for immunity to vanilla ice status, and 40% for immunity to deadly/vanilla biome cold.

With Race Traits installed, Apex characters have a 25% resistance to ice, so a bit of snow in Starburst doesn't bother them, but they still need to pack an EPP for tundra/arctic planets. Peglaci have a whopping 50% ice resistance, so they get all of these immunities, which fits a species from an especially cold planet.

FU has a similar system, and it's one of the things I like about it, but couldn't find as a standalone, which is why I made this mod.

Im a bit lost with what this mod does, can I get a short example? :)

I'm not super familiar with doing UI modding, but the "/statistic [blockingStat]" command (without the quotes or brackets, and "blockingStat" replaced with the stat you're checking) should tell you if you have an immunity or not.

Can you make a panel that allows the player to check the character's current level of environmental resistance? (Machine translation)

@GeekyRaptorStudios It should, if their Poison resistance is high enough. EEP doesn't directly give species immunities, but rather looks at your resistance %s and gives you immunities accordingly. So most species should have the immunities sensible for them if you have RT (and, if necessary, a species patch) installed.

I hope this covers the ooze race, it would just make sense for them to be immune to radiation, slime and poison

@♫ Tadpole ♫ That'd be a VERY long list, but I have made a discussion listing the thresholds :3

Can you make a list of which species resist which hazards?

this is perfect for my non-fu themed modlist!

@Noranum Thanks :3 Peglaci are one of my favorite modded species to play as, and one of the ones that made me want to make this mod in the first place. They're also fun to draw.
Noranum 13. dec. 2023 kl. 6:37
You get a heart for that adorable Peglaci

@Doppel Thanks! It just seemed odd to me that no one had done this yet, considering how many other FU features exist as standalones.
