I have a test version of “Halo 3: What If?” right now, for anyone who wants to have a glimpse of how it could turn out, it’s nowhere near complete, just small changes to get an idea of what it would look like and more like a visual representation of what I can build off of. I have to say that I wasn't even aware of hte recent updates and I like this mod even more now. I hope sometime we get something similar to Halo 3.

This is still one of the best mods for Halo 2 on here and I honestly am still hoping it gets topped sometime.

i havent played this mod since i believe April or so but if i remember correctly this mod originally had the 2003 e3 demo dual smgs by default why did you remove those? Those things went hard i swear they were so much better than the optional dual wield combo in the final version, since weapon damage got turned down by bungie when you dual wielded

Is it just me or are there issues with framerate and physics? The game feels "sped up". Like it's running faster than average.

That’s strange, I’ll have to look into that, and I’m not aware of any invisible walls, I can look into that as well, the maps are pulled from the original files, the only thing I tweaked were the enemies spawn, weapon placement and new decorative objects. I’m currently working on another update for this mod so if you see anything else out of place or bugs please let me know so I can fix it as well

and what was the purpose of adding an invisible wall blocking delta halo from being speedran?

there's a couple bugs that stood out for me; on the delta halo mission you start with half the ammo missing from your smgs making you have to reload when you start the mission, and on old mombasa where the scarab shows up the second time and you have to go up the building to jump on it there's an invisible turret that you can mount and shoot

I just couldn’t find any that looked convincing enough, if anyone has files they could link I would definitely look into it because I would love to have really well done CE marines in this mod!

For some reason the Human flood are absolute tanks in this?

On "The Arbiter" the sentinel beam rips through any covenant flood types, but the Human flood in this mission just seem to take no damage from it.
