Thank you! You need to enable electric drive and then you can stop for maximum charging.

What is the best way to recharge the battery? I can't seem to get the generators on the diesel engines to charge my V330 / V220 / V170 / V110. Is there a proper procedure for charging those batteries ? -Thank you for your time - The build is amazing a work of art!

I dot not know what happened. The charges in the sub only explodes when deeper than 280 meters and when the implosion is enabled in the cheat panel. Did you do that? If not the only possibility is that you hit something or something hit you and the charge exploded.

Gotta say, by far the best submarine on this game. But I have a question, why does the main ballast tanks empty so slow? This can't be that historically accurate, or am I just doing something wrong? I have plenty of air in the tanks (32 Bar), and not sure what else to do. Thanks!

You need to have the dive planes opposite of each other in order to dive / surface. With buoyancy, I use the cheat "hold depth"

@Saju, ahh, awesome managed to get it to work, it wasn't the ballast; I didn't understand how the diving planes worked but after a quick google I figured it out :steamfacepalm: thanks for the help tho

@fredhunters You need to be moving and the main ballasts need to be full. If you start to sink make sure all other tanks are empty.

Hey! I've read the 'how to dive' manual under 'usage' a thousand times, but still don't get how the diving works. The boat wouldn't go down if I fill it a bit (while using the diving planes) and if I fill it more it starts to sink to the bottom. Any tips?

Gamer you need to enable to weapons fuse to use the cannon. You also need to have the weapons dlc.

The Diesel engines where running all the timr, even during switch from Diesel to Electric Drive, is that the issue? I have never operated an u-boat before (in any game, just a fan of 'em)

Is it normal that when switching from Electric to Diesel Drive, your boat doesn't move forward anymore even after switching the motor battery off? (It keeps saying that I have low oil pressure, and when I restart the engines nothing changes..)

yea i know but my question is can build a detph hold where you can set ? for example you set the depth to 50m activate the depth hold and the boat steers to 50m?

i usually play with sea monsters turned off just to prevent the random attacks, and the water was fairly deep, unless i got smacked by a random AI missile that i wasnt paying attention to

Is there any way to pump water out of the sub? was in a battle with AI, they did some damage and lightly flooded a few rooms.

@fredhunters You need to enable the electric motor fuse (green one) so that the motors get power.
