Compensates for delay in the logic system by predicting the target position by so many ticks. You shouldn't need to change this value as it's already tuned to the system delay of this setup.

The multiplication corrects for head movement (parralax correction), since the player's head rotates from a pivot point behind the player's eyes.

The subtraction corrects for the player's head being not aligned exactly with the HUD's center in the height axis.

Make sure the 3x3 monitor is within the field of view of the player in the seat. Putting the monitor behind the seat will make it freeze

I don't know why. I copied the radar system from an old plane to a new one and I unexpectedly found that the problem disappeared. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the radar system, but some other strange problem with the old plane

Odd, perhaps you didn't connect the seat, or you relocated the physics sensor too far from the radar

I have a strange problem. The radar frame is below the real target. I used a small radar under my seat. Is there a way around this? Or something to adjust the radar frame up a few pixels.

Due to the proprietary nature of the original HUD, no. Not without a redesign.

We do have IFF in the form of the datalink friendly position indicators, and this works on the search radar sets. Greater functionality will have to wait until we have a more advanced HUD

Also does NNTC have something like an IFF? if there is an IFF can you make it so that it shows friendly aircraft as friendly on the hud? also can waypoints be designed a little bit differently so i can see what is an waypoint and what is an contact?

So the box colors correspond to the selected weapon data. It calculates engagement ranges based on both the range set by the weapon identifier, as well as by the weapon's radar FOV to let you know when it's in range for midstage and in range for terminal radar.

Small question about the hud,
green box = detected, didnt lock on yet
yellow = locked on and in range
red = locked on and to close to fire, right?

with this specific radar set, you can swap the radar and settings, just make sure that it does not sweep.
