I found a bug where when npcs are killed with this mod I can still see a frozen duplication then it disappears it ruins the vibe of cool battles.

please fix it

third person animations (looking around unarmed) become stiff when I turn and look towards certain places with this mod on. I tested on the map d2_coast_05 when looking off to the ocean.

You're able to intuitively infer it from the contents. The first number is the default. The number after "or" is the possible opposite option.

What are the defult settings for these variables
Console Variables
r_performant_enable "1 or 0" - Enables/disables the addon.
r_performant_cutbeyondfog "1 or 0" - Should we disable ther render of the entities that are beyond fog?
r_performant_debug "0 or 1" - Enables/disables debug.

Characters that die vanish randomly before falling to the floor, I've also seen them literally vanish off the side of the screen while still being in view.

This seems to sorta break camera screens, such as the ones used in the Half-Life 2 campaign (eg. the Breencast). Will there be a fix for that?

This addon seems to cause Combine Turrets and Barnacles to disappear after death and zombies ragdolls get duplicated.

Which effects? If I rembember correctly, the addon doesn't process effects, but mostly only props, NPCs, physically valid entities.

Такое происходит, разумеется, не всегда. Например, на d1_trainstation_02, на первом экране (который после метрокопа с банкой) Доктора Брина показывает, а на улице, на втором экране, не показывает. Видимо Альянс бюджет для ремонта экрана зажал..

Хороший аддон, но в сюжетных моментах при прохождении, например, Half-Life 2 не будет видно НПС и пропы на мониторах. Как бы понятно, почему это происходит, но было бы неплохо, если бы была возможность как-то поставить в, например, black list некоторых НПС или даже пропы, чтобы хотя бы их показывало

works but i got a problem, npcs that are in my view but further away dissapear, and reappear when i get close, i know its from this mod, when disabled it stopped happening also i dont have any lua errors

mods actually goated works splendidly , only has issues with head crab takeover mod even with peer to peer . some reason makes all npcs start to phase in and out of reality , and the third person xde mod on registers the first person view not the free look , asides from that W:steamthumbsup:

@SnabbSpelare, it's not intended to work with doors that way as it's mapper's responsibility to make good optimization relative to doors.

This addon already depends on pixel visibility functionality.

AI tools aren't really dumb in its sense, they are not "taught" to do such individual thing completely.

Hello there! I have no idea how to code and been trying to make this work via some modifcaitons provided by a tool but it isn't working. So I'm giving up and want to ask if you can do it. The question is are you planning on updating this? My idea was to add door detetion. Simply if a door or double door is closed then don't render what's behind them. Additionally could also not render what's behind a door, possibly? I am using ChatGPT and Copilot but the AI is so dumb it just breaks everything. This is amazing script and would love for it to work with doors as that would make it more helpful on gamemodes like darkrp as bases are behind doors so you can stand near a door without lagging a bunch and also prophunt where u are a small prop or hunter next too buildings with closed doors but looking at a door causes major lag. thank you for your work hope this comes out right. kinda frustated and tired. have a good day!

theres a bug with [cw2] kk hk416 (2016) mod and when i use the sights for it it errors and gives me a black screen. can you please fix it and im not using my laptop at the momment so i cant provide you with the error
