Hello, I am currently driving a Scania S BEV with your 3-speed gearbox and electric motor. It is unfortunate that the gearboxes for electric trucks have retarders, because electric trucks do not need them. They brake with the engine and thus recover energy (recuperation). Therefore, a retarder for their gearboxes is not only unnecessary, but also negative, because energy recovery does not work when the retarder is active.

I suggest removing the retarder from the gearboxes for e-trucks. If you don't want that, I would be happy to receive a hint on how I can change it myself :)
