I also have a missing eyeballs problem. Thing is I noticed it happening only on certain head variant. For example Hunter on Lambda core has missing eyes, also another NPC who always has missing eyes is Scientist in Apprehension before you pick crossbow in the cage and random NPCs that spawn with the same face variant as Hunter.
I vereified my files multiple times, but it keeps happening.

Sorry but any characters with set appearances won't be changed, though a good portion of the randomized guards will have glasses

Does the mod still works with BMS Classic? I just noticed that in previous update there was a 357 guard fix, that mod wasnt quite working with such mods like BMS Classic

Yeah uh, one thing i noticed is that this mod breaks some coding the game uses to force specific NPC variants to be spawned.

In Anomalous Materials, there's supposed to be a scientist looking at himself in propaganda images in a hallway, but this mod breaks it, and turns the scientist into a completely different guy, creating inconsistencies between the images he's featured in and reality.

I like it when things are exclusive to one thing to keep it special, as well as keeping it for the vanilla heads who don't want a bunch of extra models and seeming bloated.

If you adding accessories from Blue Shift for consistency, why you wont also add staff from the same game? Its just pretty paradoxic that gears and other stuff that you add is appearing, but at the same time, the personnel from the same game dont appear at least in places that are logical for them, such as: warehouse, railway tracks, lambda core system, etc. Its just a question

i thing theres an issue with the mod where it gives the hecu the wrong models so some soldiers sound like masked soldiers

That's an issue with this mod, torso gib models have broken physics model when decompiled

I think this might just be an Issue with the Performance Tweaks mod from here, but the Female Scientist Gib torso is just floating and It looks kinda creepy

I ended up just unsubscribing to some mods while keeping them in my customs folder and that somehow worked. I wouldn't consider this an proper fix but it's what worked for me...

Vinnie, does the armory guard in Surface Tension missing eyes on your end? I've double checked mods, reinstalled everything fresh, etc
