This is the perfect lightweight mod. The icons looks good, there's no bloat features, and honestly since the modern queer movement was born in the 19th century it doesn't even feel "out of place" or silly - this could've legit been a vanilla feature. I always use it no matter what other mods I have on.
My only gripe is that there's nothing between Decriminalized and Marriage, while Rights feels kinda far fetched. But that's cool, no complaints.

@Betin you do get a flat boost to loyalists when you enact them.

Right now there are basically only RP reasons for enacting any of the more progressive laws in this category, as they don't really provide any benefits and only have slight downsides. This is not quite accurate and doesn't reflect the importance of these laws for vastly improving the lives of various queer people throughout history.

Suggestion: add more benefits to same-sex marriage, queer rights, etc. Maybe a small, flat standard of living bonus?

Yous should add Emma Goldman as a Sexual Reformer for America or Russia depending on if she gets exiled. Idk if this is possible but you could have Susan B Anthony switch her ideology to Sexual Reformer after you have women's suffrage because she was a lesbian even though she didn't speak about it publicly as far as I'm aware.

@Lion79 I think that the gay people who are "in the closet" so to speak would still have...relations with other people so to speak, so they would stop having...relations after the law is passed, therefore decreasing the birth rate. The birth rate decrease is just amplified in that respect to what the actual decrease would be.

Why does it effect Birth Rate? Do the others don´t have Sex anymore, when Gay People have Equal Rights? It´s nonsense. In Real Life the People who are against Gay Rights argue the same. As if anyone would turn gay when it´s allowed. It´s your Mod I know, but I would recommend to change it to another Penalty. Religious People and Bigoted get Radicalized or so. Would give more Flavour.

Hi! Great mod. I plan on making a compatch or two and noticed something:

I'm not sure if this is exactly the case, but it's to my understanding that you could add compatibility with other mods that add laws via simply not overwriting the law_groups/00_laws.txt file. Comparing it to said mods, they all seem to work fine by not overwriting it. Even if I'm wrong it would be great to have this cleared up since there's no law mod documentation online right now.

Also, I think that the law should be changed from "homosexuality decriminalized" to "Homosexuality unrecognized," as decriminalized comes from a perspective that it used to be criminal in society, which was mainly the case in europe and their colonial subjects.
