The option to give command is not appearing as an option, it was working in 1.9.5 and sudently is any longer

im aware of this issue, but im afraid that is probably not something a mod can bypass easily.

hey nice mod!!, can you make a mod that allows you to create conscripts without having to have a regular battalion in the army? there as rule of having 1 regular battalion to mobilize the army and you can't create conscripts without mobilizing
