I have confirmed that it works normally in my playing environment.
Did you merge the module with the aircraft when you installed it?
If you did, it will not work properly.
When spraying water, turn on hardpoint 1 switch on the left side of the cockpit and hold down button 2.

How to install and operate the search and rescue parts for this aircraft is explained from the middle of the video at the URL below.

At this time, we have not created videos explaining how to install the four types of additional parts other than those for search and rescue.
Any additional parts prepared for this aircraft will be loaded and pasted from the Selection Grid.
No need to load and then move, and don't merge.

I would really want to use this aircraft for search and rescue but if you can make a video explaining how to put the pieces together And that the equipment provided I tried searching need to find anything on this

Select and paste additional equipment compatible with the MV-4F from Load Content in the Selection Grid.

Could it be that the electric is set to infinite electric and you are starting it without turning on the Electrical system?
The gyro sensor of this aircraft operates by turning on the Electrical system.

This aircraft uses jet fuel.
Hardpoints located at the bottom of the aircraft are used to suspend additional equipment from the aircraft and exchange signals.
