Yeah, you should make a version of Super Power which just has this mod annexed into it.

Due to some of the problems with multiplayer, if you are going to use mods in multiplayer, it is best to consolidate all mods into one and use only the consolidated mods.

This mod is not MP compatible for some reason.

Industrialization in Victoria 3 often required the laying of a large, if not disproportionate, number of railroads. The number of railway workers is so high, but the per capita output of railways is so low, that populous states need to build hundreds of railroads to meet their infrastructure needs.
And once you've solved the infrastructure needs, you'll need a lot of transportation later in the game, and you'll still need to build railways to produce that transportation.
This mod will only help those countries that are recognised to develop initial industrialisation and will be of little help to those that are unrecognised.
