uhh it should be p easy to use, just connect a astronomy sensor to the composite input and the rest of the outputs should be labeled, did you need help with anything specifically?

idk if you have worked on this since, but you can get euler rotations from the physics sensor and tilt from the tilt sensor, you might be able to do something with that, as for me i am too dumb to make it work lol

you figured out how to make that work? i tried with two sensors and it worked as a compass heading, but once they started tilting it threw off the output, so i was js kinda stumped after that

i updated it to add a calculation for general speed, so not just speed towards the moon but overall speed just like a linear speed sensor would output!! also yeah i rlly wanna get a compass heading type thing working using 2 offset astronomy sensors cuz thats definitely possible with a lotta math, but i js cant figure it out so far but we'll see

Nice job, It would be awesome if it showed directional SPD (relative to vehicle) and Heading (possible by comparing 2 astronomy sensors)

it would work as gyros i belive work on the moon for stablizetion and the astranmy sensor would let you point it at earth then once in the earth atmosphere you could use all the other sensors reqired but the missile would not be a small little jet mounted one it would be more like a giant underground ballistic nuke or something due to the space (as in space for sensors and bombs not outerspace) and fuel reqirements

but if u do manage to get that working lmk

uhhhh its maybe do able but like a buncha other sensors that youd prolly need for a missile like that dont work in space like the compass sensor, and also i think it would take a rlly long time for a missile from the moon to make it to earth and would need a lotta fuel but uhhh its maybe possible idk im not super sure ab how that would work

i love this i am not asking for you to do this just wondering if it is possible for a missile from the moon to land on cords on the earth just want to know if i can make a moon death base

No math has been done to those, those are basically just the composite 1 2 and 3 channel from the sensor

yes the raw outputs are the raw X, Y, and Z of the astronomy sensor in space coords

if so like the thing below could you do an autopilot that autopilots you to one of the mission space stations as they are hard to find and navigate to otherwise not auto docking but just to get within line of site of the space station and stop relative to the space station i would do it but you clearly have more experience with the game and the logic

are the raw outputs the same as the space station mission cordantes

I been trying to do that but moon coordinates work weirdly so its not as easy as it sounds. also for some reason if you put a waypoint on the moon and then try to paste the coords into a keypad it doesnt work?? idk but im trying to make it work eventually

can you make a gps that can drive a rocket to the cords??
