For anyone having troubles, I have followed the installation instructions from the Google Drive folder, installed the workshop content, activated it in the addons when creating a world and loaded the addon and then selected one of the locations (which one should I choose?). Then i tried to find the Frantic Lighthouse on the map and teleport to it. It will look normal on the map but if you teleport there you will be on the island

I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work but apparently the Lighthouse Frantic isn't there as a size comparison, this island replaces the Frantic island.

Also, The real reason I'm making this comment is this:
for some reason the light in the lighthouse next to the hangar is a Fish. That's either a really weird mistake or it's there as a joke. I'm not sure.
