**correction on my previous comment: it seems like THIS truck's pump is not working. The 6axis fire/ambulance's one does.

Man, these rescue vehicles of yours are amazing! But I think these recent game changes will send you back to the engineering table, as it seems like the fire extinguishing "OUT" pumps no longer work. Probably due to those new pressure-related systems stuff.
