there's no correlation with the brick color, I varied the living quality based on the imagined size of the apartments per inhabitant. If I feel for example that my estimate of a building's capacity might be a bit overboard, I lower the living quality, so things remain balanced.

The houses are beautiful but why is the white or red colour of the houses connected to the quality of living :D Maybe its just me who made this connection, sorry in advance.

hehe, I didn't know of that one, but it would be a challenging one. There might be 1-2 more additions to this pack some day, but more likely shops.
