there's no correlation with the brick color, I varied the living quality based on the imagined size of the apartments per inhabitant. If I feel for example that my estimate of a building's capacity might be a bit overboard, I lower the living quality, so things remain balanced.

The houses are beautiful but why is the white or red colour of the houses connected to the quality of living :D Maybe its just me who made this connection, sorry in advance.

I see you are making us happy with houses, but didn't think of making it like a city committee, from the Administration of the city of Izhevsk, that would be a good idea
