Hey Elijah and everybody else. Please read the sentence at the bottom of all my mods :)
"Also your are most welcome to contribute to the project on GitHub, see already thought of enhancements[ github.com ] if you want to help." You can update it yourself but I will upload a update tomorrow for 1.5 and 1.6
ur most welcome to join me and if your contribution is a larger one then u will also be accepted a co-author of the mod :)
there are still some things I would love to implement someday
DDoS attacks, ransom demands, termite/nanite infestion, server maintenance/ faulty server units, need for firewalls, need for uplink speed and upgrades, other global events affecting generation speed, terminal for unified resource output/progress if selected, maybe orbital drop deliveries of resources for more "realism"
and some more ideas:)
but I will not have time to develop them in the foreseeable future and I only had time to play roughly two weeks this year RimWorld soooo yeah please feel free to support this mod
just open a pull request on GitHub with your feature or update :)
Thanks and have a nice day
Also, are you still working on this mod? If not, would you mind if someone else updated it?
Not a massive breaking problem as the default list is good enough, but it would be a nice QoL to not having to redo the settings and lists on reloading a save.
You can edit the list which changes the allowable outputs for ACS, and it will function within the current RimWorld session. However as the list isn't being synched to the modsettings, the edited list won't persist between RimWorld sessions and all the servers will reset to default (silver) on reloading the save, and the valid list of items will revert to the default.
Steps to reproduce:
Load order:
- Harmony (v2.3.1.0)
- Core
- Royalty
- Ideology
- Biotech
-Anomaly
- ACS - Advanced Commercial
- RimFridge: Now With Shelves! (v1.2.0, https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2898411376 )
1. Enable dev mode and use the Dev quicktest option in the main menu. Use the "Spawn Thing..." dev tool to spawn in a ServerRack (minified) and a ServerBasic.
2. Place the server rack and install one basic server. Note that the server rack's "Power needed" reads 200 W.
3. Make a save then load this save.
4. The server rack now needs 0 W.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 but without RimFridge enabled, noting that the power needed does not change after loading the save.
what do you mean? filter in settings list?
thanks for the report
let me know if you find game breaking stuff :)
@OMG
will adjust the Size with next update :) I think I made it that way so they properly tile when build next to each other, like in a real server room maybe I can still achieve it by squishing :)
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3055971793
I already changed up the room where I used to have the servers, but this should give a rough idea of what I mean. When a lot of them are close to eachother, it's hard to know where to click to select a specific one.
I can re-do the room I used to have where it's even more confusing if you want me to!
The mod is amazing tho, I love it :)
@Shadz ahh thought you could help with the multiplayer support, sadly I don't have much time atm
"are you planning on adding uranium as a generatable resource?"
This MOD seems to conflict with the "Device Standby" MOD, causing the power requirement to remain at 0W continuously.
I will investigate :)
Thanks @Shadz I will hopefully have time to investigate MP at a later point
can you code?
