The lore of wrestling in Puerto Rico is below:
Puerto Rican People's Wrestling (PRPW) was the major promotion on the island, holding events there and in places like New York City and south Florida. They were family-friendly, but they could get grungy and had a hardcore and deathmatch aspect that was a division of the company. In 1961, PRPW shut down after financial mismanagement and possibly embezzlement.
Two promotions opened: Sunshine Wrestling Federation (SWF) and Wrestling And Revolution (WAR).
SWF is a family-friendly promotion, holding shows in Puerto Rico, New York City, and south Florida. They have much of the old favorites of PRPW and some good homegrown talent.
WAR is a deathmatch promotion. They don't allow outsiders, and have possible connections to the criminal underworld.
It might be because in the mod there are generally more workers who are listed as using hard drugs compared to other mods, given the time period of 1976. It's definitely no more than 50-75 workers throughout the game world who are listed as using hard drugs. Some are them are listed as being unknown users and others are listed as being known.
You can also check in the database, although there's not currently a game function to filter by drug users, but you can look through the roster and have a look as well.
