Sorry for the delay, but SCS always seems to pick the exact moment when I don't have access to my PC to update the game. The mod is now updated for v1.56.

I was able to figure out how to create update folder for 1.56 and add 1.56 compatibility string via sii from within the mod folder itself. Will test if doing it that way works. The red warning icon in the mods browser's at least gone so I think that's a good start?

Such a great mod! When using other mods with heavy traffic and mods with frequent accidents and roadwork it is almost essential.

Sometimes one never appreciate it enough until it stops working - so I really hope this great mod will be updated for the newest version of ATS :)

@saisrikariscool Yeah, Steam is sometimes slow to recognize that the mod changed. Just be patient and Steam will update the mod eventually.

@EggTBD, unfortunately, this is not possible with this mod, because the traffic_rules file I edit is almost always changed with every update. If I made it universal, you would probably have crashes after every update.

@Starboy, this mod is not compatible with “More realistic traffic” by un.nahbar, because both mods overwrite the “traffic_rules” file.
