California Stop

Using this mod, all AI vehicles will do a "California stop" at stop signs instead of coming to a full stop when the intersection is clear.
This will reduce the time you have to wait at stop signs, especially with a traffic density mod installed.

A "California stop" (also called "rolling stop" or "Hollywood stop") describes the act of not completely stopping at a stop sign or a right-hand turn, but rather rolling through it by slowing down some.

4-Way or 3-Way stop intersections don't really work in the game from the get go. The reason for this is probably that all intersection have a major and a minor road. Vehicles on the minor road often wait until the major road has cleared, even though they should all have the same priority at a 4-way stop. This mod doesn't improve the AI's behavior in these situations. Just slowly go through the intersection when it's your turn to drive.

This mod is compatible with all mods that don't overwrite the "traffic_rules" definition file.
If another mods also changes the traffic rules, place this mod above.

Compatible for example with "Real Traffic Density ATS" by Cip, but also a lot of other traffic mods.
